If you need to be near Times Square or the Theater District, this is a great choice. The rooms are small but comfortable, clean and quiet enough. Check-in was easy and there is parking next door. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. The price was reasonable compared to the competition. My only minor gripes were that the sink didn't drain well, moving around the room is tight and the elevators are the smallest I've ever seen. None of that was a deal breaker.
