Payment for Combine Fee Fields Form

This form is used to demo the powerful and flexible of custom fee field feature in Payment Form. In this form, the total amount user will have to pay is calculated by different parameters (custom fields). They are Number Tickets, Room Type and Number Rooms:

1. Each ticket will cost you 20$ .
2. The room price is depend on room type which users choose (price is displayed next to each room type)
3. The total amount users have to pay for room will be calculated based on the selected room type and number of rooms users entered. It is the price of the selected room type multiplied with the entered Number Rooms.
4. Total amount users have to pay = Fee Of Tickets (#1) + Fee Of Rooms (#3)
