This plugin allows you to integrate Edocman with JComments extension. When you publish this plugin, in Document details, you will see the Jcomments form at the bottom

How to setup

Go to Extensions -> Plugin Manager to filter Edocman - JComments and publish it. Go to Edocman > Configuration > and select Yes at field: JComment Integration
